he Copenhagen Municipality is renting 535 parking spaces, in most areas of Copenhagen, that are available for free for residents with a residents/parking license to a specific area. With the Visitors app, it is possible to book parking ahead and make bookings lasting up to three days.

Frederiksberg Municipality is renting 35 parking spots in Codanhus, that are accessible for free for Frederiksberg residents who have a residents/parking license. On September 1st 2022 the parking spaces were made available. The 35 parking spaces are freely available for free, no specific parking spaces are Visitors reserved in the parking garage.

140 new parking spaces in Kolding city center

Kolding Municipality is making it easier to find an available parking spot in the city center of Kolding. From June 15th and onward it is possible to book a parking space for free in the Visitors app. The municipality is renting parking spaces from companies, institutions etc. All in all, around 140 are available in the area through this agreement, in 7 different locations.

Hundreds of private parking spaces opening up to the public

Hundreds of ‘new’ parking spaces can become available in the Hillerød city center, during afternoons, evenings and weekends. That is apparent in the agenda from the Architecture, City Planning and Traffic Committee’s meeting on wednesday.

Private parking spaces to be used in the effort to increase the number of parking spaces available to the public, in the city center of Kolding

Kolding municipality is currently negotiating an agreement to secure access to around 600 private parking spaces in the city center and make them publicly available during hours when they are standing empty anyway.

There are hundreds of parking spaces that are empty whilst those who own them and use them are not in need of them.
