Visitors is about optimizing the use of the parking spaces that already exist in larger cities. It can be parking spaces at anything from companies, car parks, institutions and municipal properties etc. With Visitors software, these parking spaces can be made exclusively available to a selected target group or to all citizens.
Urban development
In recent years, many municipalities are choosing to close down municipal parking areas in favor of constructing new buildings, resulting in urban densification.
This is often a result of an increasing population and a general focus on city beautification.
All too often, when parking spaces are closed down, it is not possible to establish a corresponding number of new parking spaces. This puts a strain on accessibility in the city by car and can have a severe negative impact on local businesses.
The need for parking spaces is increasing, but the capacity is not keeping up.
